Can not receive video n voice call from other partner

hi,

I have created a project from kandy's website, I have add video call on my website using KandySampleApps 's KandyQsMultiCall.html, but I can't receive voice and video from my partner, only show blank, I'm already login with user kandy and my project key, could you give me advise to solve the issue?

    Please try on Chrome browser and use username as “userid@domain”.

    If you still facing the issue share your browser error logs

    Note: For me it working fine.

    hi srini,

    I'm already used chrome browser and username as "userid@domain", but sometimes show blank from my partner, sometime its working fine, is it because time limit? thank you for your suggestion, I will send browser error logs to your email
