Try the Co-Browsing API

Spice up your app with the new Co-Browsing API.

Co-Browsing enables collaborative web-browsing between two parties: a User and an Agent. When the User shares his screen, Kandy retrieves & replicates DOM on the Agent’s screen. Remote control is enabled by default so when the Agent clicks on his view the click event is triggered on the User’s side.

Why should you use it?

Co-Browsing matches up perfectly with Kandy’s concierge call features. If a User needs help on a website, he can call an Agent who can guide him through steps to complete a task or even do the task for him in real-time.
